Get ready for Windows 7 64 Bit
Here is a tip, if the guy tries to sell you a new 64 bit machine with 8 GB of RAM have it upped to 8 GM. Dealers are selling 64 machines that are little better than 32 bit machines because they move with 4 GM of RAM. By adding the extra 4GB of ram you open amazing capacity.
The above image shows 2 Second Life viewers logged in with 2 different avatars show real time 3-D each (most people with 32 bit XP machine have a hard time seeing 1), but there are also 2 Virtual Machines running 2 version of Linux at the same time? It is now not only possible to build VM on a single box, but to build virtual server farms.
Windows 7 is a massive leap forward for Microsoft, in one step it goes from having an out datted OS in XP and a failed Vista to passing beyond Mac OS X and all of the current Linux IMHO. And if you need to run Linux well you can, as I am here, run several different Linux versions at one.
This changes everything.
